做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山(shān )和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸(fèi )瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半(bàn )小时(shí ),下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
