做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
