做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块(kuài )在锅上(shàng )擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油(yóu )六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
