做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
