做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
