做(zuò )法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块(kuài )姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六(liù )成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他(tā )材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
