做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
