做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
