做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
