做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出(chū )后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
