做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
