做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
