做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
