做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油(yóu )六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里(lǐ )的清水(shuǐ ),放(fàng )入煎(jiān )煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
