做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
