做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
