做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两(liǎng )勺油,待(dài )油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
