做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
