做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六(liù )成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里(lǐ )的清(qīng )水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
