做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
