做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
