做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
