做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
