做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
