做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
