做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
