做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
