做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
